Milton Country Park Kingfisher

At just larger than lifesize, this model of a Common Kingfisher was made for Milton Country Park. The model is now firmly perched on the main entrance sign, overseeing an orderly queue entering this popular visitor attraction. Materials used: solid oak body former, aluminium beak and tail formers, Milliput putty overcoat, acrylic paints, satin lacquer finish. Overall size: 200mm tall.
